CHAGA (birch polypore, Inonotus obliquus) is a species of fungus that grows on birch trees. Chaga mushrooms have been known and used in traditional medicine in Eastern and Northern Europe since the 16th century. In Siberia and Asia, they have been used for centuries to strengthen immunity, and now, thanks to their beneficial properties, they are becoming increasingly popular in the Western world as well.

Usage:
For adults, 1-2 teaspoons per day contains 1.5-3 g of chaga powder. Add to water.
