Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin C supports the immune system during and after intense physical exertion. Together, they help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

One serving provides 5 g of BCAAs, 250 mg of Wellmune® and 200 mg of rhodiola extract.
A serving also contains 19 mg of vitamin C (24% DV), 66 mg of magnesium (18% DV), 183 mg of chloride (23% DV), and 77 mg of sodium.

Ingredients: BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, citric acid, tartaric acid, L(+)-tartaric acid), flavourings, rhodiola root extract, L-ascorbic acid, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), sodium chloride, magnesium oxide, potassium chloride, colour (beetroot red), sweetener (sucralose), zinc (zinc oxide). May contain: milk, gluten, eggs, soya, nuts and peanuts.

Directions: Mix 2 scoops (9.5 g) with 350 ml of cold water. Recommended 1 serving per day.
