One serving provides 5 g of BCAAs, 250 mg of Wellmune® and 200 mg of rhodiola extract.
A serving also contains 19 mg of vitamin C (24% DV), 66 mg of magnesium (18% DV), 183 mg of chloride (23% DV), and 77 mg of sodium.

Ingredients: BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsifier: soy lecithin), acidity regulators (citric acid, grape acid, tartaric acid), flavorings, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) beta-glucans (Wellmune®), rhodiola root extract, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium oxide, sweetener (sucralose), colors (beta-carotene, curcumin), L-ascorbic acid. May contain: milk, gluten, eggs, soy, nuts and peanuts.

Directions: Mix 2 scoops (9.5 g) with 350 ml of cold water. Recommended 1 serving per day.
