A serving also contains 19 mg of vitamin C (24% DV), 66 mg of magnesium (18% DV), 183 mg of chloride (23% DV), and 77 mg of sodium.

Ingredients: BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid), flavorings, rhodiola root extract, L-ascorbic acid, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), sodium chloride, magnesium oxide, potassium chloride, sweetener (sucralose), colors (beta-carotene, curcumin), zinc (zinc oxide).

Directions: Mix 2 scoops (9.5 g) with 350 ml of cold water. Recommended 1 serving per day.
